Visiting Professor Katharine Van Tassel presented a paper entitled 鈥淰ulnerable Populations and Vaccine Injury Compensation: The Need for Legal Reform鈥� at a conference hosted by Harvard and Yale Law Schools. The event, which took place remotely on February 23, 2021, was entitled 鈥淭he COVID-19 and the Law: Disruption, Impact, and Legacy Seminar Series.鈥� This seminar series considered the ethical, legal, regulatory, and broader social and institutional impacts of COVID-19 as well as the longer-lasting effects it may have on our society.
