Justine is a recent PhD graduate from the cellular and tissular biology unit of the GIGA Neurosciences, University of Liege, Belgium. Her PhD aimed to investigate the cytoskeletal development of the inner ear. She joined Dr. Basch's lab to work on the development of cell therapy strategies to treat deafness caused by a stria vascularis defects. Outside the lab, her favorite pastime is DIY such as crocheting or sewing.

Dr Renauld recently received a Grant from the American Hearing Research Foundation to study Meniere's disease!
Vibhuti Khan
Postdoctoral Scholar
Vibhuti has completed her Ph.D. in Neurology Department from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, India in May 2017. In her graduate work, she explored the therapeutic potential of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells in brain stroke. Presently, as a postdoctoral fellow, she is exploring the contribution of neural crest cells in the development of inner ear along with the role of endothelin signaling in different developmental stages of the inner ear. Her hobbies are sketching and Quilling.
