Lopa Das has an academic research background with a PhD in Immunology and a Master's in Healthcare Management from CWRU's Weatherhead Business School. Das' background and current training have contributed to transitioning into grants management including management of multi-investigator projects and participation in grants writing. Das hopes that her background and experience serve to leverage her duties in this role as SPORE Administrator and Grants Manager with a keen understanding of the SPORE science and the scientific interactions of the multiple SPORE components.
