- AllOne Health phone support is available around the clock on an unlimited basis for you and your family members by calling 1.800.227.6007. Your call will be immediately answered by a qualified master鈥檚- or doctoral-level mental health professional 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- EAP Better Help counseling sessions are also available; details can be found on the HR website.
- The CWRU VISA Office is accessible should you need information or advice regarding immigration or visa issues. Please review the CWRU Visa Office website for the latest information. You can contact the VISA Office between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 216.368.6964 or [email protected].
As a reminder, if you are traveling internationally on university-related business, you must use the university's . Registering your travel allows the university to be prepared to assist you in the event of an emergency during travel and provide you information about CWRU's medical and trip emergency insurance policy and benefits.
