Angela Whidden is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) who brings a diverse clinical background in early childhood and family therapy, as well as addiction medicine in integrated healthcare settings. Her practice has spanned communities in Chicago, West Michigan, Hawaii, Appalachia and Greater Cleveland.
Whidden is certified as a Trauma-Informed Care Trainer through SAMHSA and in Integrated Behavioral Health and Primary Care through the University of Michigan. She also has specialized training in trauma-informed harm reduction therapy.
She currently serves as a clinical instructor at the Mandel School.
