Program Changes
Program action is required when creating new or requesting changes to an existing degree/program/university certificate/major, concentration/track/field of study, dual degree or minor (undergraduate).
To request program action, faculty and staff use the Program Action Form. Program Action Forms must be fully approved for the changes to appear in the next General Bulletin.
