Where do I check in?
Check-in will be held at the Tinkham Veale University Center, with satellite locations at the Health Education Campus (Sheila and Eric Samson Pavilion) and the Linsalata Alumni Center. Check-in hours are:

You must check in to receive your name badge and a special CWRU-branded giveaway. Wear your name badge on campus at all times, as it grants admission to your selected events.
Where can I get assistance during homecoming weekend?
Visit one of our help desks! CWRU staff members are available at and . Whether you need special accommodations, directions to your next destination or want to be greeted by a friendly face, visit a help desk for all your needs.
Alumni Association staff will also be monitoring the email throughout the weekend.
Will there be shuttles?
Yes! Shuttles will be running on a loop throughout the weekend. Check back in the fall for a shuttle map and schedule.
Where should I stay?
Hotels within University Circle book quickly for homecoming weekend. Please call early for the best availability. Visit Travel Services for more information and specific hotel rates.
Where should I park?
This year, parking will be pay-as-you-go; because of the variety of parking garages, metered spaces and surface lots available on campus, we have opted not to offer a parking pass this year and visitors can pay to park in the most convenient to them. Additionally, several events, like the Homecoming Alumni Awards Luncheon, offer complimentary valet. Find a detailed visitor parking map here.
What should I wear?
